    Any family interested in school choice should complete a School Choice Enrollment Form. All completed school choice request forms should be returned to the Superintendent's office, with attention to Michelle Towne.

    Open Enrollment (elementary schools): For families that reside in Ayer or Shirley and would like to move their student(s) to a school outside of their town (Ayer students attend Lura A White, Shirley students attend Page Hilltop), please fill out this form.
