Athletics Handbook
Please be familiar with the regulations within. It is the responsibility of all parents/guardians and student-athletes to read the handbook and abide by the rules and regulations.

I hope this gives everyone some new ideas on how to prepare for sports. I know right now many coaches and kids are focused on physical gains. Examples may include lifting, improving times, and improving skills, but are we preparing the mind to work in high-pressure situations? This video is short but exposes some key ideas.
