IMPORTANT TRANSPORTATION NOTE:
Parents/Guardians need to provide transportation to/from all home events and to the school for buses to road events. Hockey and swimming are responsible for all transportation on their own. We are also at the mercy of bus driver shortage so there may be times when parents are asked to transport students.IMPORTANT CO-OP NOTE:
Students may be required to pay a user fee at the host school as well. Ice hockey students will be expected to pay an additional fee to the Lunenburg/Ayer Shirley boosters. ASRSD will cover additional costs beyond that. Your user fee at ASRSD DOES NOT cover any of the costs associated with the user fee at the host school.GRADES FOR EACH SPORT
The MIAA mandates that sports on high school teams go to high school students first. If needed, schools may apply for a middle school waiver. These waivers are only to ensure enough participants are needed to field teams. The state has a maximum number of students participating in order for a waiver to be requested and approved.
